A Prenatal virtual Mother's Circle

This gentle course is designed to support and empower Pregnant people and Mother's-to-be throughout the transformational journey of pregnancy and childbirth. The resources and educational tools you will learn and practice during our circle time intend to bring more knowledge, consciousness, and joy during this delicate and powerful moment of a woman's life.

This class is open to pregnant people and mamas-to-be and their partners at any stage of pregnancy. First-time moms and second, third, fourth times mamas are welcomed!
