What is a Doula?
A doula is a trained professional who provides continuous physical, emotional, informational and spiritual support to a mother and her birth partner before, during, and shortly after childbirth. This support empowers women to manifest the most fulfilling birthing journey possible, aligning with their unique preferences and visions.

Can I participate?
This class is open to pregnant people and mamas-to-be and their partners at any stage of pregnancy. First-time moms and second, third, fourth times mamas are welcomed!
